"Typemock Isolator is currently disabled" when trying to run an Isolator-using test with NCover Bolt

When trying to run this Isolator-using unit test with the NCover Bolt test runner, I'm seeing the following "Typemock Isolator is currently disabled" error message despite "Integrate with Other Runners" being checked:

Any ideas on how to fix this?

This is with NCover version 5.1.3060.624 and Isolator version and the following Isolator and Bolt Visual Studio options:
