About:	I had a great experience working at the Singapore Airlines office in Chicago. I wanted things to be ideal for my parents, who I was assisting in organizing their first international vacation. We received assistance from the staff in understanding our options for meals and seats, as well as advice on what to anticipate at Changi Airport. I admired how they made my parents feel at ease and enthusiastic about the trip by taking the time to talk to them directly, even though they aren't very tech-savvy. It was more like speaking with travel advisors than airline representatives. They truly impressed me with their level of care, which gave me confidence that Singapore Airlines had us covered.
