Are you trying to install the latest version of the Isolator?
You should look up the maintenance expiration date in the mail you got from us. This date means that you can install any version that released up until that date. You can not set the license for newer versions.
If you have any problem checking it please send the details of the license details (company + license key ) to our support - support at typemock.com and we'll help you out.
