Integrated Help issue when enabling the collection

Hi,

I installed the Integrated Help but when I enable "Typemock Isolator Collection" in the Visual Studio 2005(The same happens in 2008 running Vista U x64) Combined Help Collection Manager I get the following error:
Insufficient permissions to complete action.

I can enable all other collection.
