Installed Typemock via NUGET (VS Community) - Error on Execution: Registry key not found

0 votes

I installed the Tyxpemoc Isolator 8.6.0 via Nuget Packet Manager in Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition.

The installation was successful and i can write tests using typemock. But if i execute a test following error message occurs:

TypeMock.TypeMockException : *** Registry key Wow6432NodeCLSID{B146457E-9AED-4624-B1E5-968D274416EC}InprocServer32 not found. Please verify that Isolator is installed correctly.

Is there anything i can do?

Hi Dan,

Do you have Typemock Isolator installed on your machine?

Becuase the Nuget packge is not enough on it's own.

You can try typemock for free with our trial version:  https://www.typemock.com/download_isolator_complete?download_now_b

Cheers,

Daniel.
